What are On-Demand Challenges?

On-demand challenges are self-guided, goal-oriented programs available anytime in your Avidon portal. They’re designed to help you build healthy habits, stay motivated, and track your progress at your own pace.


How They Work


Each on-demand challenge focuses on a specific theme—like drinking more water, walking daily, or managing stress. New Challenges are being added regularly, so don't forget to check up on what's new. Once you register for a Challenge, you’ll can expect:

  • Daily or weekly goals to complete
  • Tips and content to support your progress
  • Trackers to help measure success
  • Encouragement and progress acknowledgement through tokens and/or messages


Why Use Them?


On-demand challenges are flexible—you can start one whenever you're ready and work through it on your own schedule. They're perfect for building routines, trying something new, or giving yourself a little extra push towards a goal you might already have (or have been thinking about).


How to Get Started


Look for the Challenges section in your portal. Look through the options, select one that interests you, and click the Register button at the bottom of the tile. You’ll see your goals and any relevant tools right away.
