The Avidon Course Catalog features courses that range in topic and duration. Some courses are designed to enable you to change unwanted behaviors while others are more educational. 


Note that for some users who access Avidon through their employer, you might have a course catalog that does not include some or all of these courses listed.


CBT-Based Courses (Scheduled, Structured Programs)

These courses follow a flexible schedule and use CBT techniques to address the emotional and behavioral aspects of wellness challenges.

  1. LivingLean (Food)
    Helps users overcome emotional eating and establish healthier patterns without relying on willpower.

  2. LivingFree (Tobacco)
    Focuses on psychological drivers of tobacco use and provides tools to quit without relying on willpower.

  3. LivingSmart (Alcohol)
    A course for addressing unhealthy alcohol consumption by tackling emotional and cognitive roots of dependency.

  4. LivingEasy (Stress)
    Builds resilience and helps users respond to stressors more effectively.

  5. LivingWell (Diabetes)
    Supports diabetes management by reframing the mental burden of chronic disease.

  6. LivingWellRested (Sleep)
    Uses CBT techniques to address insomnia and promote better sleep habits.

  7. LivingFit (Fitness)
    Encourages consistent physical activity through goal-setting, logging, and weekly check-ins.

  8. LivingClear (Substance Use)
    Supports recovery from general substance misuse using behavioral retraining principles.
