How do I log onto Avidon?

Modified on Thu, May 29 at 1:04 PM

Avidon offers access to its tools and features through different types of accounts. While the core experience is similar, some users may see different layouts, tools, or options depending on how they’re signed up.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

User Type 1: Users who purchased their Avidon membership OR who were invited to join Avidon (by their employer or another 3rd party) and then created an account with an email/password combo

  • Standard Portal: These users access Avidon through the main Avidon Health site or app. The look and feel are consistent across all standard users.
  • Login Method: Typically uses an email and password setup. Occasionally, some SaaS clients may use other secure options but not employer-controlled SSO.
  • Full Access (Usually): Most features are turned on by default, including all courses, trackers, and tools Avidon offers to consumers and SaaS partners.

These users can log in to access their Avidon accounts in two easy ways:

  • Option 1: Use the Mobile App
Download the Avidon Health App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Log in using your credentials – the email and password you used when registering.
  • Option 2: Use a Web Browser
Go to https://www.engagementrx.com/consumer and click the option to Sign In.
Enter your login credentials and click Log In.
Tip: If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset it.

User Type 2: Users who Access Avidon Through Their Employer's Website

  • Full Access (Usually): Most features are turned on by default, including all courses, trackers, and tools Avidon offers to consumers and SaaS partners.
  • Custom Experience: Enterprise users often access Avidon through a portal designed specifically for their company or organization. This portal may have:
    • Company branding or colors
    • A unique set of tools or courses selected by the employer
    • Navigation or feature labels that differ from the standard experience
    • Login Method: These users may log in through a Single Sign-On (SSO) page connected to their employer’s system, or through a custom link provided by their wellness program.
    • Available Features: Employers may turn on or off specific tools (like certain trackers or courses), so two Enterprise users from different companies may have access to different content.
    • Privacy Settings: Data sharing rules may vary based on the employer's policies. Users will usually be informed about this during onboarding or in privacy notices.
