How Do I Access My Portal?

Accessing your Avidon portal depends on how your access was set up. If you’re not sure what type of user you are, here’s a quick breakdown of the three ways people access Avidon's platform:

  1. You access Avidon through your employer. You may log in through your company’s internal system or a specific company login page.

  2. You purchased access to a course or program directly from Avidon.

  3. You were invited to use Avidon by your employer and do not access Avidon through your employer's website

Choose the instructions below that match how you were given access.


For Users Logging In Through a Company Portal (your employer provides access to Avidon through their website)

  1. Log In to Your Company’s Internal Portal
    Use your organization’s usual system or intranet to sign in.
  2. Click the Avidon Link
    Locate and click the Avidon link within your company portal.

You’ll be automatically logged into Avidon—no separate username or password needed. 


Troubleshooting Tip: Make sure you're logged into your company’s portal first. If the Avidon page doesn’t load, try clearing your browser cache or contact your internal support team.


If you purchased access yourself or were invited by your Employer or 3rd Party (but do not access Avidon through their website or portal)

  1. Visit the Avidon Login Page
    Go to https://engagementrx.com
  2. Sign In with Your Email/Password Combo
    Use the email address you used when you purchased or were invited to the platform, then enter your password
