How do I get the Mobile App?

Modified on Fri, May 30 at 2:57 PM

If you access Avidon through your employer's platform, your account uses single sign-on (SSO). If your employer has enabled use of the Avidon mobile app, you’ll first need to sign in through your employer's website and set up a mobile password. This article walks you through that process.

Step 1: Sign in Through Your Employer if You Haven't Done So Recently

To keep your account secure and up to date, Avidon requires that you access the platform through your provider’s website at least once every 30 days. This ensures that your access remains valid based on your employer’s coverage.

Step 2: Download the Avidon Mobile App

Download the Avidon app from your device’s app store:

  • iPhone/iOS: App Store
  • Android: Google Play
Tip: Search for “Avidon” in the app search if you don't have a direct link.

Once installed, open the app to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Set a Mobile App Password

The first time you use the Avidon mobile app, you’ll need to create a password—even if you usually use SSO. This is a one-time setup to allow mobile login.

To set your password:

  1. Open the Avidon mobile app.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. Tap Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your email address (the same one you use with your employer’s portal).
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Check your email and follow the password reset link to create your password.

Step 4: Log In to the Mobile App

Return to the app:

  • Enter your email address and newly created password.
  • Tap Login to start using the app.

Congratulations, you can now use the Avidon app! Remember: You’ll need to log in via your provider’s website at least once every 30 days to maintain app access.
