How do I update my profile?

To update your personal information in your Engagement Rx profile, go to your "My Profile" page. On this page you can update/change your name, email address, gender, preferred time zone and communication preferences. 

1. Log into your Engagement RX member home page

2. Click on “My Profile" below your name in the left-hand menu

3. Update the information you would like to change, then click the Save button. (note: if your email address cannot be saved it means this email address already exists in the system) 

If you have updated your email address correctly, but are still receiving the message that your email is invalid, please email support so it can be updated as valid in the system.
