How do I change personal details like email address that are linked to my account?

To change your email address that is linked to your account, you can go onto the web platform and navigate to your profile, which can be found in the upper right corner of the page: 

1. First, click the icon
2. Click on My Profile

Now you can see your info in the General Settings section of your profile; this is where you can update your email address or any of the other fields linked to your account.

You can also edit some fields using the Mobile App 

1. Hit the More menu at the bottom of the screen
2. Hit Profile
3. Edit the name fields, the email address field, your time zone, the social handle field (this is what appears in leaderboards for Challenges and Group Programs)
4. Delete your account
